What is a YUMI lash lift and how long does it last?

A YUMI lash lift at Mello Spa Canggu is a 45-minute treatment (IDR 450K) that lifts and curls your natural lashes from the root using a keratin-based product. No extensions, no glue. Results last around six to eight weeks, fading as your lashes naturally shed. YUMI is a French brand known for being gentler than older lash lift systems. You can add a tint at the same appointment for an extra 15 minutes (combined treatment IDR 550K).

What is YUMI brow lamination?

YUMI brow lamination at Mello Spa Canggu is a 45-minute treatment (IDR 450K) that softens and re-sets the direction of your brow hairs, giving you fuller, brushed-up brows for around six to eight weeks. Good for thin, patchy or unruly brows. We use YUMI's keratin-based formula, which is gentler than older lamination systems. Add the Style + Tidy option (combined 75 minutes, IDR 550K) and your therapist will shape and tint at the same time.

How much is waxing in Canggu at Mello Spa?

Waxing at Mello Spa Canggu starts at IDR 150K for a lip wax and tops out at IDR 350K for the larger areas (full leg, full arm, chest, bikini). Underarm, half leg and half arm are IDR 200K. Chin is IDR 300K. All wax appointments include skin prep and a soothing post-wax product. Prices are subject to a 6% service charge and 15% government tax.

Does waxing hurt and how should I prepare?

Waxing is a sharp sensation rather than a sustained pain, and most guests find it gets easier with repeat visits as the hair grows back finer. To prepare, let hair grow to around 5 to 7mm (about two to three weeks of regrowth). Exfoliate the area gently the day before, avoid moisturiser or oils on the day, and skip strong sun, hot showers or workouts for 24 hours after.

What is the difference between brow shaping tinting and lamination?

Brow shaping (also called Style + Tidy) is the basic appointment at Mello Spa Canggu: 30 minutes, IDR 350K, covering brow design, wax or tweeze, and tidy. A YUMI brow tint (30 minutes, IDR 250K) deepens the colour and makes sparse areas read fuller. Lamination (45 minutes, IDR 450K) is the most transformative, setting the brow hairs in a fuller, brushed-up direction for around six to eight weeks. For best results, tinting and laminating in the same appointment works well.

Can I do a lash lift and brow lamination together?

Yes. Combining a YUMI lash lift and brow lamination at Mello Spa Canggu in one appointment is a popular booking. Allow around 90 minutes for both treatments. Prices stack at IDR 450K each, or IDR 900K combined. You can also add a lash tint and brow tint in the same session for a fuller eye-area refresh. How long should my hair be before waxing and what aftercare do I need?

Hair should be around 5 to 7mm long before waxing in Canggu, which is roughly two to three weeks of regrowth from shaving or your previous wax. For the 24 hours after waxing, skip sun exposure, hot showers, strong workouts, swimming and tight clothing on the waxed area. Use a gentle moisturiser or aloe gel. From day three, exfoliate lightly to prevent ingrown hairs.
