Our Story

The Second Chapter

Mello Canggu is our second location, opening in 2026 as a natural evolution of Mello Seminyak. The same commitment to results-led skincare and considered bodywork, reimagined with Canggu’s own pace, energy and state of mind.

Set within the grounds of The Arc House, this space brings advanced treatments into a more intimate studio setting. Guests are invited to slow down, reconnect and experience Mello in a way that reflects the rhythm of Canggu.

Mello Spa was founded in Bali, with our first location in Seminyak. Mello Canggu is our second chapter, opening in 2026 in The Arc House on Batu Bolong. The brand was built around results-led skincare and considered bodywork, brought together with Australian-standard training and Bali's own pace and energy. Two locations, one philosophy.

When did Mello Spa Canggu open?

Mello Spa Canggu opened in 2026 as a natural evolution of our Seminyak flagship. The studio is on Level 1 of The Arc House at Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong No.21b, Canggu. It brings the full Mello menu into Batu Bolong, with the same standards, brands and therapist training as Seminyak.

What is Mello Spa's approach to skin and body care?

What training do Mello Spa therapists have?

All Mello Spa therapists complete ongoing education built to Australian industry standards. This applies across both Seminyak and Canggu, with every team member trained on the same protocols, brands and techniques. Continuing education is part of how we run the spa, and team members move between locations to keep standards consistent.

Does Mello Spa support local Bali community initiatives?

Yes. Mello is built around giving back to Bali. All staff training is delivered at Australian-standard level so our team gains industry skills that open up real opportunities beyond Mello. The Mello Mood is the state we want every guest to leave in: ease, clarity and presence that carries beyond the treatment room. It's our brand language for what good wellness should feel like, which means not just a physical result but a shift in how you feel afterwards. We design every treatment around that outcome.

Are Mello Spa Canggu treatments suitable for first-time spa-goers?

Yes. Mello Spa Canggu is built around the idea of meeting you where you are. First-time guests are welcome at any treatment on the menu, from a 45-minute Signature Massage as an entry point to a longer facial or package. Our therapists run a short consultation at the start of every session to understand what you want from the treatment. No prior spa experience is required.

Does Mello Spa Canggu use the same products and standards as Seminyak?

Yes. Both studios share the same brands, treatment protocols, therapist training and Australian-standard hygiene practices. The Canggu menu is a slightly smaller selection than Seminyak (we don't offer nail services in Canggu), but every treatment available in Canggu is delivered to the same standard and with the same products as our Seminyak flagship.

What should I expect on my first visit to Mello Spa Canggu?

On your first visit to Mello Spa Canggu, you'll be welcomed at reception, taken through a short consultation with your therapist about your skin or body goals, then guided to your treatment room. We provide robes, towels and any prep products needed. Most guests arrive 10 minutes before their appointment to settle in. Payment is taken at the end. Plan for slightly longer than the listed treatment duration to allow for setup and wind-down.
